Several players have asked to have their skill lowered for different reasons ie ... they didn't like the effects of a certain skill or they wanted one lowered because less skills makes training easier. Here is one way you can do this without Staff involvement
A Soulstone Fragment allows a UO player to store skill points in a specific skill and to move skill points from one character to another.
You can use a Soulstone Fragment five times only. After that, its energy is gone and it's nothing more than decorative rock.
If you store a skill on a Soulstone Fragment it does not take a charge until you transfer that skill to a character.
So…..If you use the Soulstone Fragment to remove a skill but then Remove the skill points from the stone by Not absorbing the skill. It does NOT use a charge.
Currently cost 1 million Gold. it has 5 charges located in the Donation Hall first floor Gold Ticket Stone.
How do these things work?
To place a skill on a stone:
1. Set the skill on your scroll to down.
2. Double-click an empty soulstone.
3. Activate the stone and choose the skill from the list presented.
4. Confirm the activation and your skill is now zero on the scroll, but all points are on the stone.
To flush a skill:
1. Double-click a stone that has the skill on it – the stone has a flashing glow.
2. Select the option to “Remove the skill” from the stone.
3. Confirm the removal and the skill is gone.
To “pull” a skill:
1. Insure the character you want has enough REAL skill points to absorb 100% of the skill on the stone. Set the skill lock to the up position for that skill.
2. Double-click the stone and select the “Activate” option.
3. If everything is as required, the stone is now empty and the skill is on the character.
Note: Pulling a skill will set a timer on a full soulstone that will disallow usage for 24 hours. A fragment will use a charge when pulling a skill. Not so with the other things.
**Currently Full Soulstones are not available to W.P. players.
